If you're looking for cheaper options, I'm not familiar with any, unfortunately

I mean, there's also the Windows video editor, but I'm not sure if that's actually in Windows any more

Davinci Resolve has a free option that will do almost everything you need

i use .... obs right now to make my vids .... well just to record them i should say

Pro grade software

I think the only real limitation is no 4K exporting

If you just need green screen and multiple video tracks, get wondershare filmora

Almost as easy as windows movie maker, but with more functions

My older potato could run it perfectly, you'll be fine hun

And once you get good with wondershare, you can move onto Sony Vegas
