BBQ sauce is the only thing keeping me on-weight 😄
Substitute it with better food basically
Being at a specific weight is less important than what you're eating

I'm in the 140 range. Worked hard to stop being underweight and slightly overshot
Though granted I might end up here in the end if I can build some goddamn muscle mass. My arms are practically frozen in time, even when I increase the weight I lift

Eh, not exactly. Muscle hypertrophy = muscle gain
Basically you can gain weight in muscle as well as fat

For instance, I'm 53, and most of that weight is in muscle mass
