No matter where you look, the bright spot doens't move

I just recently found out the reason I probably get migraines is because my cervical discs are bulging into my spinal chord 🎉

it was a brihjt spot just to the left of my center of focus

Often they move a little bit.

and then all over my vision shot got hazy and dark

I've never had it go dark.

but hazy, most definitely.

it reminds me of how my vision gets at a [9] on the weeds

but I have not had thr weeeds in days

so again I was panicking

Generally what I've found is that I need to just close my eyes for a bit.

and then I was basically incapacitated until I was back home

It only gets worse if I try to work around it.

and then I puked a lot, slept and now I'm back to normal

terrifying few hours as my average days go
