I've applied for many jobs where the recruiting firm gave me an online personality test and if I was a fit they gave me an IQ test.

Though I do love their message before the personality test... "There are no wrong answers".. If you want the job there sure are a lot of wrong answers.

I mean I’ve gotten jobs requiring IQ tests easily. What is annoying is the phenomenon of constantly being viewed through the lens of being “statistically more likely to be intellectually inferior” to other people because of the color of my skin.
