Not to throw cold water on anyone, but does anyone speak Ukrainian?
So I guess we will just trust these captions?
Who just posted a Wikipedia link? ๐
It could literally be 100 things. Has anyone ever worked the polls?
Its nuts.
If no one has read this yet, PLEASE DO. This is going to be the first order of business when the Dems take over. Contact tracing. These are the CDC guidelines for rollout. Pay attention to pages 30-50ish. Straight from the communist playbook. NO ONE is talking about this. We need to get ahead of it now.

Pg. 31 "Special considerations" onward.

Woah, is it hot in here?
I beat 2 strikes and Susanville St Penn with a PD.
Me too!
Lol
I had to be"involved" to be sure.
Mine was a G
Now I just stay out of trouble.
I think Kyle will serve sometime. Sets a dangerous precedent to just let him walk. Next day we would have ARs all over the country.
Meant convicted
Everyone says he will best the charges. I dont see that.
@Doc and the black teenager knew Nazis were in another state rioting and willingly went in with a deadly weapon and killed 2 people?
Yup
It would be more like a woman going into a bar knowing an attempted rape was likely or eminent, then claiming self defense.
That doesn't really matter. But assuming it did, of course he did. He might have thought it would deter violence but he had a loaded firearm at a riot. Ignorance can not be claimed here, IMO.
Anyone who carries knows using deadly force is possible.
Yes
Because presumably when you draw someone has forfeited your right for you.
Possibly
But you are alive
Assault is rarely fatal
Any time ypu pull your weapon and take a life you should plan on going to jail
Tell that to Kyle
We are talking apples and oranges, a bit. You are arguing the way it should be. But look at what is happening.
Your firat defense is avoidance. It is the only guarantee that you will be safe and compliant with the law.
...first
He put himself there knowing the danger
He went to another of trouble to be there with a weapon illegally
I never said it was
Ok, then prove that the other two guys didn't think they were exercising their right to protect life and that Kyle was a mass shooter?
I nowhere words...he was at least partially at fault
And people died
To stop a mass shooter? Sure. "Get him! He shot someone!"
Not if they are taking the lives of others
No
Prove that a reasonable person couldn't have thought that
I agree with you, but here's my point...Kyle went to a riot with a loaded rifle. He says on tape he was "putting himself in harms way and no 'non-lethals'" He knew it was a dangerous situation and he chose to be there with a loaded weapon.
He was being chased, yes. He fired itself defense, yes. But was the threat "lethal"? And can anyone prove that the other two guys didn't think they were stopping a mass shooting? Can we prove they were aware of the situation and say it play out and were bad actors? Or could they have been exercising their constitutional right to defend the lives of others they assumed were in danger?
Like the 2 dead people It? It doesn't matter.
You guys aren't using your litigation brains here. Be the prosecutor.
Reasonable fear of death after you grabbed a gun and walked into a violent riot?
Yup
But why?
I'm the prosecutor. Because they were stopping a mass shooting.
Prove me wrong.
It doesnt
@Doc a kid running down the road in the middle of a hige crowd with an "assault weapon" who just shot 1 guy.
No,not Rosenbaum. The other one or 2 guys he shot
The ones who chased him down and tried to disarm him after
If they thought he was a mass shooter, were they wrong to act 8n the way they did? Did they sacrifice their right to live?
Ah @Doc. Yes. This is correct
So disprove my theory
Disprove intent.
Do you see the problem here?
It is
Sure.
You cant prove it.
But good lawyers make ypu try
Get my point?
I agree that it was self defense
But it doesn't matter. He has to prove that the last 2 guys didn't think they were stopping a mass shooting.
He is going to jail, folks.
I dont like it, but its the truth.
Lol
If you pull a gun, you create that line
Who has the right? Who decides? You? The bad guy? Who is the bad guy?
The line is "I'm going to die if I don't shoot him". Ypur prizes life. Not your freedom.
If you kill the person who did it...it makes you a criminal.
And? He went to jail.
He did, I saw that one.
The payphone guy?
I stand corrected
Crazy
That would never happen in today's court system
People getting sent to prison in the exact same circumstances happens all the time, too.
Its not clear cut.
Lol
Yup
And?
Lol
Yup
You carry a weapon to survive. But you have no reasonable expectation to walk away from a criminal prosecution. More often than not self defense claims are met with convictions.
!rank
Booooooo
Haha
Did you guys hear about the dude in CA about 15yrs back who killed the 2 teenagers who broke into his house?
Lured them downstairs and executed them, then called the cops.
Thought he had the right to literally execute 2 people because it was "self defense". The court makes these cases very difficult because of people like this guy. The evidence is overwhelmingly in his favor. But if I'm a prosecutor I only need prove that the other 3 victims were trying to disarm Kyle, not kill him. And that they thought he was a mass shooter. And that if the jury fails to convict we will havea other 1,000 Kyle Rittenhouse other streets shooting people tomorrow.
