I did competitive sport pistol shooting for 5 years, and wanted something more physical after i was done, after 5 years of shooting range I was left with a nasty back pain from shooting positions, lack of physical exercise, and weak back muscles, after a while I started doing muay-thai, the back pain that i had for a about more than a year dissapeared after 3 months, and im the best shape of my life rn

so I would recomend such sport to you, just make sure the coaches there are not scammers or slackers, and will actually teach you to fight

our coach is a certified trainer and he was a competition fighter himself, so he always give good advices

you will look pretty gay also when one of them breaks your arm

just go and learn a traditional combat sport that is around for a long time

such as boxing, muaythai, jiujitsu, taekwondo etc.
