Premis 10) isn't correct and C4) doesn't follow also the sylogism is retarded caus with that reasoning no law is modernist, caus all laws imply the duty to follow them and thus you should have the right to be able to follow them. You can say that the law comes from the "state" but then I can just as well say that God layed down the law. And that law is the natural law. I also don't agree with your definition of a right, the definition you use is the liberal one, while the proper definition is that it rights are privilages. Also Rights imply duties, but duties an sich don't need rights. So the whole sylogism doesn't make sens. @Pseudo-Analysist
Unironicaly most profs are pseuds and/ or austists in one tiny irrelevant subject
JF is a sad frog who can't keep his hands from the downies
It's very simple first, the fallacy comited is non sequitur. Also I apologise for my bad English so lets restate all this.
First: I don't agree with you're definition of a right, a right is granted to you on the condition of certain duties. If you don't do X then you don't get Y. You can have a duty without a right attached to it. Your right will be defended so long as the one who granted them is convinced you preform your duties. If not then that "right" must be removed. The thing is that this doesn't make any rights inherent, they are all granted from above. They are always resting on certain conditions. Secondly I was being an idiot and typed the wrong word. What I ment to say was. "With that reasoning all laws are modernist" becaus with you're frame all laws creat unconditional rights.
Next to go to the point of natural law. It means that all things have a telos. All things and actions have a specific state of being that they should be in, but becaus of the fall we have drifted away from the Natural Law and we are able to break it. We have a duty as men to follow that law. But out of this duty it doesn't follow that we have a right to follow that law. It is the law for all men and all should follow it. It should be followed in what ever condition you are in.
Another point is that of abortion. It's often said by the pro-life side that a foetus has "the right to life" you could say that this is an example of the law natural law giving natural rights. But I don't think that's the case, God doesn't give life the "right" to live, all life has the privilege of existance. God can take that away at any time for any reason. What we do have, and follows from Natural law is that we have the duty to no damage innocent life. That innocent life doesn't have the right to live, becaus like I said it can be take away by the giver of all that exists, God.
Anyway at this point I'm just rambling. To finish.
What I mainly tried to say in this is that I disagree with how you use rights. They way you use them is the liberal way, and the way I use them is the old way, a right as in a privilege. Also "that doesn't follow" aka a non sequitor is a valid way to say that a sylogism is flawed. Again I appologise for my bad English and I'll think on this some more. For it is an interesting subject.
Meh I'll give it all another look tomorrow, maybe I'll have some new ideas about this. One text wall a day is more then enough
I watched maybe 5 streams of JF and it wasn't for JF. The less he spoke the better. But I must admit he had some good guests a few years back
It could be used as an entry point into better rightwing beliefs @Louis XIV (aka 1685Violin)
@William bruh
Your pfp
It does
Kek
It has been a while
I have heard from Poles that the old commie party is infact more "right-wing" the conservatives that are in power atm
Communism and liberalism are two sides of the same materialistic coin
I have heard from Russians that putin likes to play the diversity game with the Tartars and other ethnic minorities, the rampant abortion and that the media is also pushing liberalism. In all it's not as bad as in the west, but I think that the "Russia is gona save the Europe" thing is a meme
Uncle ted has a lot more writings than just his famous manifesto
The country of my birth is my country and the city of my birth is my city and I will not leave them voluntary
I have talked to a lot of them a while back and most of them would rather fight for the homeland till they die then move a'd if they move it's for the childrens sake and they often end up quit depresed. Especially if they move to the Netherlands or Flanders
We are too densly populated and have too shit of a weather for them
Anything higher then 5 meters is a hill and higher then 30 a mountain. Btfo mountainfags
I like mountains, but the plains is where I belong
Huweat fields are nice, same goes for fields with cattle.
One doesn't need other landscapes
Oh and I almost forgot the local 35 meters high mountain that gives you a nice view of the area
Being serious, I love mountains and valleys, but I don't think I would ever be able to call them home
It's also one of the hilarious paradoxes of our liberal democracies. When the left is in power the right can be the greatest opposition and block the leftist advance on many fronts quit effectivly (still the left is able to to a lot of damage), but the moment they get into power they give in to the left constantly
There is only one true kind of accelerationism and that is what ever Land thought when he came up with the consept. And from what I understand of it I would never want it
Eh, I'm not suprised. In Western Europe almost all"far"-right parties are pro-Israel and I'm not suprised that the german one is more pro jews then most.
@Fighting Gold where did he say that?
The thing is that, that are the two subjects he doesn't realy talk about
@Fighting Gold bdms shit? Haven't heard about it
@Renown HOOOT HOOOT

The exact form of feudalism greatly depended on the local region
That would be true for france, but it took more then 200 years before that happend to the low countries
Tho a great example of this centralisation tendency is the Flemish uprising of 1302
Flanders always was one of Fances most independend minded vassals
If it ever gets translated I would recomend the book "De bourgondiรซrs" (the bourgondians)
It's extreemly popular in Flanders and the Netherlands
Imo the way how cities fit into feudalism is one of the most fascinating things about it
I have heard people saying the opposed
depends on how you frame it. I see guilds as a natural addition to feudalism
A long time ago
Kek fish is a lolbert first class
@Mr. Nessel then you have never debated with austrians and ancaps
Iirc Romes tax income was mainly based on tarifs and on property
Iirc this was also the reason they didn't expand into Jemen
Much cheaper to trade with them then to conquer them
They had a tax for all trade that past trough Mare Nostrum
Sicily and Egypt were iirc two of the most valuable roman teritories
It's also one of the reasons they never conquerd Germany
