There are people who just take advantage of the political and societal winds, though, and they suck, but that is not the majority. I will admit that there is also an undercurrent of resentment due to a lot of societal issues that have long gone ignored, however, which does create a perception of reverse bigotry. However, I wouldn't say a world war is necessary just because a lot of women are pissed off at rampant sexual harassment and a bunch of other bullshit and are thus eager to express that frustration when people finally start listening. I mean, look at how many people the public used to adore who have turned out to be serial harassers and whatnot. Wouldn't you be pissed off if you and/or people you knew had to deal with this crap all the time, and after decades of being ignored you just _barely_ managed to get _some_ justice for _some_ of the victims after things _finally_ began to change? And then there's all the bullshit every woman who ever speaks up has to go through, including death threats. I mean, people have good reason to be pissed off, and while the anger isn't always right, it's more than understandable.
