@Reaps Only people who need full gas tanks are the Germans. <:pepe_smug:378719408341909506>

2018-05-17 14:54:31 UTC

If someone online calls you a nazi should you start to look into nazi lifestyle?

2018-05-17 14:55:28 UTC

I mean, thats clearly what they think you should do. They are just helping you realise your Gender.

2018-05-17 14:56:43 UTC

Could being a nazi be hereditary and can it be seen in brainscans?

2018-05-17 14:57:32 UTC

M4 hooty did have a decent case. His conclusions just were not thought out to the end.

2018-05-17 14:57:39 UTC

The problem is, our current best practices in brain scans keeps misdiagnosing SJWs as Nazis and nobody seems to know why

2018-05-17 14:58:21 UTC

Well i only catched the tailend of it so i take your word for it

2018-05-17 14:59:49 UTC

To me his argument seemed to be "You can see transgenders from brainscans and thus it is not any sort of illness or defect" which could be seen as a bad argument.

Not a false one but he would need to apply it to all other such things too.

2018-05-17 15:00:08 UTC

For example, if you could spot nazi's in brainscans.

2018-05-17 15:01:09 UTC

Well yes, but i am not sure if Hitler was riding the wave or just guiding it.

2018-05-17 15:01:16 UTC

yeah, that nigga wuz superhuman

2018-05-17 15:01:44 UTC

"When you are riding the tiger hang on" or what was it.

2018-05-17 15:01:52 UTC

He was the hero that killed Hitler

2018-05-17 15:01:55 UTC

Not defending Hitler but he did not act alone.

2018-05-17 15:03:19 UTC

I am not sure about that.

2018-05-17 15:03:28 UTC

Disagree. he was lucky and persistent, Nothing more. The times and enviroment were primmed for it.

2018-05-17 15:04:31 UTC

He had talent, as many 'great' men but personally i think a LOT of people have that kind of power within them if they are given a chance.

2018-05-17 15:04:34 UTC

I mean, I suppose I'd cocede an above average charisma was neccesary for that. But I'm assuming you mean a special level of charismatic

2018-05-17 15:04:42 UTC

If you just mean 'Fairly charismatic' than yah

2018-05-17 15:05:09 UTC

So yeah what @Omsomething said really

2018-05-17 15:05:41 UTC

Could be, most people prefer to stay within the herd and play it safe.

2018-05-17 15:05:47 UTC

And nothing wrong with that really.

2018-05-17 15:06:18 UTC

but within bounds that have been reached and will be reached again with fair ease from some people?

2018-05-17 15:06:38 UTC

then yeah sure I'd take that

2018-05-17 15:06:58 UTC

Charismatic, personally i think that means that he is someone with conviction and ability to make others see it. Could be it is more prevalent trait than many people like to think.

2018-05-17 15:07:38 UTC

Howdy folks!

2018-05-17 15:07:53 UTC

Heya you.

2018-05-17 15:07:56 UTC

its got to be coupled with a capacity to see the moods of culture (for lack of a better term), picking good targets and timing is as much a skill

2018-05-17 15:08:21 UTC

Problem with conviction is that a LOT of times most ignorant of people are the ones with most of it.

2018-05-17 15:08:31 UTC

Since they fail to see how complex the issues really are.

2018-05-17 15:09:03 UTC

(But i have been sipping the sweet summer wine for a while now so all i say is a bit more suspect than usual.)

2018-05-17 15:09:52 UTC

Yep, it also does not help that this modern world we live in has grown to be more complex.

2018-05-17 15:10:18 UTC

I always pop here when a much larger conversation is brewing... could someone give me the gist of this?

2018-05-17 15:10:56 UTC

Still developing Kalis, talking about charisma but it can go to any direction really.

2018-05-17 15:11:35 UTC

Cool... interesting and abstract.

2018-05-17 15:12:30 UTC

I mean look at computers, i might claim that NO one person truly understands them yet they are the actuators of the modern world we live in.

2018-05-17 15:14:07 UTC

I'd say you can understand the base concept of computers, but the result of computing is almost infinite.

2018-05-17 15:15:12 UTC

No i mean computers in general. The material sciences which move to logic gates and then programming (with several levels of it) and then to networking.

2018-05-17 15:15:25 UTC

And then you add the social layer to it.

2018-05-17 15:16:40 UTC

No @Omsomething its fairies. Fairies make computers work at the basic level.

2018-05-17 15:17:25 UTC

One of these days you might be correct.

2018-05-17 15:18:30 UTC

Pretty sure it will still be based off that logic gate system you refered to.

2018-05-17 15:19:28 UTC

Yes, it is based on but each level of what makes a computer is its own level. And no single human, or VERY few has a true deep understanding on all of those levels.

2018-05-17 15:19:41 UTC

And this is true in most all in the modern societies.

2018-05-17 15:21:41 UTC

ooh

2018-05-17 15:21:44 UTC

logic gates?

2018-05-17 15:21:48 UTC

NAND FTW

2018-05-17 15:22:06 UTC

I think I know what you mean, but the analogy of a computer at the base level is something I'd disagree with.

2018-05-17 15:22:19 UTC

I don't even know what you're arguing

2018-05-17 15:22:37 UTC

@Kalisme yeah but if you spent the time to learn the foundational elements of computing enough to be able to classify yourself an expect on it. You've precluded yourself from ever really having the time to learn the practical level above. So your stuck with a theoretical knowledge that is 'pure' but basically useless, or a practical knowledge that doesn't even remember what the original building blocks were.

2018-05-17 15:22:48 UTC

but cedar logic simulator (logism for mac) is pretty cool

2018-05-17 15:22:58 UTC

@EmptyE not entirely true

2018-05-17 15:23:31 UTC

Can you code assembly?

2018-05-17 15:23:34 UTC

as someone who's worked with people who were working at MIT while computers were being developed

2018-05-17 15:23:40 UTC

I know those people exist

2018-05-17 15:24:01 UTC

Me? A bit.

2018-05-17 15:24:03 UTC

I mean thats a level of Autist that I buy exist, but scares me a little

2018-05-17 15:24:07 UTC

I reckon atheists are more charitable then religious people

2018-05-17 15:24:09 UTC

oh yeah

2018-05-17 15:24:23 UTC

and they'd probably lack the social skills to tell anyone about it ๐Ÿ˜›

2018-05-17 15:24:26 UTC

also my friend group, half of us have some form of high-functioning autism

2018-05-17 15:24:41 UTC

so we built a minecraft computer after finding out about little man computers

2018-05-17 15:24:50 UTC

also we learned a bit of assembly

2018-05-17 15:25:04 UTC

the only bit I'm really missing is the kernal

2018-05-17 15:25:23 UTC

@Antiboom
People who understand the basic physics, material sciences, logic gates, components, biosthingy, operational systems and coding and networking?

I am precluding social aspects of it since those are harder.

2018-05-17 15:25:40 UTC

oh, perhaps not 100% of the material sciences

2018-05-17 15:25:49 UTC

but basic physics of it was covered in high school

2018-05-17 15:25:50 UTC

Neccesary in transplating the metaphor to politics though

2018-05-17 15:26:14 UTC

but I mean the part that makes the computer a computer

2018-05-17 15:26:29 UTC

once you understand enough about how the individual components do what they do

2018-05-17 15:26:48 UTC

they're simple enough it doesn't matter if you have a vague knowledge

2018-05-17 15:26:55 UTC

Yes, but people who design those components do not always even understand how their components work.

2018-05-17 15:27:02 UTC

tbh

2018-05-17 15:27:16 UTC

Then again i am no engineer so what do i know.

2018-05-17 15:27:17 UTC

I hope to one day reach the level of autism where I understand how an entire computer works

2018-05-17 15:27:20 UTC

that's basically my goal

2018-05-17 15:27:25 UTC

since I was like, 5

2018-05-17 15:27:28 UTC

I have entered this place at the wrong time

2018-05-17 15:27:29 UTC

:/ design components they don't understand? Do you mean produce?

2018-05-17 15:27:40 UTC

I'm going into college for comp engineering next year

2018-05-17 15:28:24 UTC

As i understand computer component design programs are a bit like neural networks. They work.

2018-05-17 15:28:40 UTC

And now my high-functioning friend is complaining at me because I sperged out at school, while we're supposed to be doing work

2018-05-17 15:29:14 UTC

I wonder if there is a course on autism management in some leadership school...

2018-05-17 15:29:18 UTC

@Antiboom Stop this autism

2018-05-17 15:29:20 UTC

^

2018-05-17 15:29:20 UTC

What? Neural networks and component design?

2018-05-17 15:29:22 UTC

that's the guy

2018-05-17 15:29:39 UTC

what kind of Autism Management?

2018-05-17 15:29:43 UTC

Im scared at autisms

2018-05-17 15:29:50 UTC

What if they take over

2018-05-17 15:30:02 UTC

Humans do not fully know how computer components or programs work anymore. They only manage the outputs and inputs.

2018-05-17 15:30:29 UTC

Thank god computers weren't designed by humans then. *phew*

2018-05-17 15:30:30 UTC

@EmptyE
I mean i am SURE it takes some special skills to work with people who are very autism oriented.

2018-05-17 15:30:55 UTC

Yah but there would also be the opposite; Of courses for Autistics so they can give lectures and shit

2018-05-17 15:31:13 UTC

I was friends with a guy that I think is highly autistic

2018-05-17 15:31:30 UTC

I don't think he knows and I think everyone just thinks he's weird

2018-05-17 15:31:45 UTC

Or already diagnosed but its rude to ask

2018-05-17 15:32:15 UTC

Being weird might not be autistic, i know i am weird according to my friends for things i am interested in but lets just say i study social sciences.

2018-05-17 15:32:23 UTC

@HungBunny don't worry, we're generally benevolent

2018-05-17 15:32:27 UTC

So am not sure how valid it is.
