Jack The Ripper was an Ashkenazi Jewish immigrant from Poland. Aron Kosminski, the man who murdered and mutilated the corpses of six women moved to England along with his bother and sister in the late 1800s. He was never formally accused of his crimes and the authorities until recently, were not sure on who committed these acts. He was sent to an insane asylum after failing to stab his sister to death and then died of gangreen years later.
Many times, serial killers target women because they suffered terrible abuse or torture from their own mother when they were young. This never absolves any responsibility for what they do, but note that evil is often something that has been developed rather than something that is already inherent
