Anyone want homemade Spaghetti for breakfast?

The noodles were a bitch too make tbh, but I just had to use the right type of flower

The sauce was easier, I got lazy and used a can of tomatoes, but the herbs were from a friend's garden

the meatballs were 70% beef and 30% pork, I grinded up my own beef chuck and pork shoulder, added a few spices and panko breadcrumbs

The flavors and fatty acids from the combination of beef and pork were squeeze dried through a cheese cloth so it wouldn't be too oily

after that, I seared the meatballs on all sides for a crispy crust, and then I tossed them into the smoker for 28 hours on low heat

I used a combination of pecan and cherry wood

Sounds delicious, I could go for some lunch right about now

I don't use any of that liquid smoke crap either, my shit's all natural and authentic

Although it takes longer and more effort, it is Worth it in the end the flavors and texture really can't be matched
