@everyone
TX-23 has changed between Democrats and Republicans many times
On May 8th,
We have the primaries for Indiana, Ohio, North Carolina, and West Virginia
We can ignore the congressional races in IN, OH, and WV and focus on the Senate primaries
If you are in Ohio, vote Mike Gibbons
We can ignore NC all together
For Senate
NC is safe in almost all apsects
Yep, this is already lost
How lol
Oh wait
That is IL
My guess is that theyโre not voting democrat because they like them, but because they just hate trump even more. The DNC regardless needs to be stopped, they would destroy our country in the state theyโre in right now.
Illinois is just a super democratic state to begin with, so I was rather surprised to see that they have a Republican governor. Second, the budget issue is what is will get that Democrat elected.
Will get them elected
we /need/ to get the unions on our sides
It's weird,
our economics make it possible
Republicans has been performing better in White Suburban areas than they have in the Poor White Small Towns that won Trump the WH
the social aspects should have the working class on our side
The White Working Class are angry and disappointed with Trump
I've told you.
Karens vote R downballot.
we need to convince them that
The democrats blocked all of our work
which is the truth
they just don't see it
Hopefully new China tarrifs can help.
hopefully they can help, quickly*
Economic recovery takes time,
it does
but we need fast political gains
but Poor Whites don't like waiting
so they backlash
They hyped Trump up too much.
^
Trump overpromised
What about the area where the steel mill opened?
Grant City, I think.
Would be interesting to see those results.
It helped a bit
Trump didn't overpromise.
Trump needs to speak to these people.
He actually just did what he had to do to win.
Go to the backwaters, go to the rural communities and talk to them.
The problem is that, ultimately, the Democrats are hellbent on making sure he doesn't win in 2020. To do this, they must stop Trump from implementing his campaign promises.
Trump ran as a anti-establishmentarian
He needs to reinforce this image
It doesn't help when he goes golfing with billionaires and political elites
Trump should just stop at a diner in small town Alabama or Louisiana every now and then
It would be good optics
Go to Chris' Hot Dogs in Montgomery.
Great food, and many other presidents visited it.
>Montgomery
I've heard Trump is uncomfortable around black folks
Not many blacks in the city center.
Not many people walking around in the city, either.
Lol
I couldn't see myself walking on the streets of cities like Baltimore, Atlanta, Birmingham, Jackson or St. Louis
there's probably a good reason these cities have seen the highest rates of White flight
Some places are nice, though.
I'm sure the suburbs have wonderful folks
Dexter Avenue, which is basically Main Street of Montgomery and the surrounding areas are actually pretty great.
Just a little oasis, though.
But I guess most cities have a core that's nice, trashy inner-cities, and nice suburbs.
HALLELUJAH! WHITEPILLS GALORE! THE PARKLAND EFFECT IS OVER! REPUBLICANS TRENDING UP!!!
Well this is great news.
lot of whitepills today
God is sending us a message.
Don't give up!
Goodness knows itโs hard not too some days.
@๐Boo-ton๐ what are the other white pills
The only women who could win in IL-06 lost the primary
So that means we have a good chance of securing that seat?
as crazy as it may seem,
if these recent YouGov and Quinnipiac polls are correct,
we would win if the election were held today
Now this is interesting.
I think the Parkland shooting effect on Republicans is fading
I wouldnโt expect it with all the social media craziness.
As screwed as it sounds, Iโm glad the resource officer got the guy in Maryland. It means they canโt touch it because it violates their โgood guys with guns donโt existโ narrative.
I will admit, Hogg did a number on us for a bit.
But isnโt there another march planned this weekend?
I think the American people don't care anymore,
they're drained by how politicized this has all become
I suppose the 2 minutes attention span worked in our favor this time.
in a way,
Hogg was a boon for us,
But I get it. A lot of people are just tired of it all.
he's divisive,
he's political,
he's really off-putting for a lot of Americans
Caused record breaking NRA membership if I remember correctly
500,000 (!)
Well isnโt that ironic
They were trying to take down the NRA but it just made them stronger.
who would've guessed that threatening to take your guns away makes people join organizations dedicated to protecting gun rights
Arenโt some guys organizing a march to protect gun rights?
i've a bit unfamiliar with the counter-demonstrations, but I believe so
Good luck to them. Theyโre going to get blamed for every school shooting, get called Naziโs, and be the trending hashtag on twitter for all the check mark squad to make snobbish comments at. And I wouldnโt be surprised if a larger counter protest showed up.
My school organized something for a few people to write letters to right letters to congress members for muh gun control. Iโm ashamed to say my friend wanted to join.
Well being called a nazi, racist, murder, etc. has been so overused that the words hvae lost their original meaning
/pol/ is ran by JIDF as to convince people to commit their bidding
good to be optimistic for once
now we have to drive those nails in
@FLanon
Latest McLaughlin poll has Dems up by 1
Quinnipiac poll: D+6 (previous polls D+15, D+10)
538 went from D+9.5 to D+6
yeah, I know McL has a right wing bias, but that is a damn large gap to close. Since the PA situation has changed some things, what would our margin need to be now to have the House at 230 seats?
before: 8-9
now: 7-8
before, I didn't take into account the incumbent retirement effect
Not to just keep it, but at that margin: 230-205
well,
depends, if you want to be safe,
and take into account the MOE,
That's what I believe would be good for the legislation we need to pass, I really don't want it to end up like the situation we have in the Senate now
I would say that Democrats would have to be at D+4 so they would not be able to take the house
Sure, there's less cucks and all, but if we just retake it, that may not be a big enough bottleneck for Trump's agenda.
there is 0% chance of taking the house if the average generic ballot is D+3 or lower
right now, Democrats have slightly less than 50% chance of taking the House
i'd say 47.5%
great, we'll make it happen
bring it down to D+3?
We'll see.
Honestly, it's not just about taking the house
It's about grabbing every possible seat.
We can't have a razor thin margin, we have to make it as wide as humanly possible.
As of today, Immigration is the most important issue among the GOP base. It's the only real issue that matters
where'd you find this?
Quinnipiac University Poll from today
We need to attach this to every email we send to those candidates
that's the end of that chapter
No investigation?
Let's hope the right lesson was learned from this
Yep. Fuck deadbeats.
SAY IT WITH ME: ONLY
IMMIGRATION
This election was stolen from us.
Look at Allegheny County.
The blue spreads out into rural areas and doesn't continue into Washington county.
Suspicious...
Can't overstate the significance of this
@๐Boo-ton๐ what a useless fat lazy boomer
Anyways, here's a list one of the R orgs made of targeted seats and seats to defend
https://ballotpedia.org/National_Republican_Congressional_Committee
It's pretty comprehensive
haven't clicked yet, but I already know it's stupid,
>AZ-01
good
yeah, but, this gives us a point of reference
>AZ-09
bad
>CA-07
with the right candidate, maybe
we don't necessarily need to rally behind whatever candidates they come up with, but at the very least, we can maneuver the districts
>CA-52
Issa is running here, I'm not sure what's he thinking, but good luck to him, I like him
>CO-07
We're in danger of losing CO-06, don't waste your breath!
I don't really know about any of that, I say reach for the stars
>CT-02
>CT-05
Connecticut, as well as the rest of New England, is trending red. But that's not flipping this time around.
>MN-01
>MN-07
>MN-08
This should be the top priority. White, Rural, No College, it's perfect
>NH-01
>NH-02
I can see one, but not the other, focus on the first, if you have to pick
from where we're standing, we should reach for as many as possible
We can't just go "eh not that one, not that one"
>NM-01
>NM-05
Rural? Check. Non-College? Check? White? Yeah, no, keep moving, GOP.
True,
but we should focus on the most demographically viable districts
This is about making a red storm, and making our chances best.
Button Mash's list of targeted districts:
We should focus our efforts on as many opportunities as we can get.
That also means increasing the server population, so yeah, we should really reach out and get that discord link out there
Is it white?
1.) MN-01
2.) MN-07
3.) MN-08
4.) NV-03
5.) NH-01
6.) AZ-01
7.) IA-02
8.) NJ-05
9.) NV-04
10.) NH-02
Top 10 best shots right here ^
Minnesota, damn.
okay, those will be main priorities
Minnesota, outside of the Twin Cities, is Trump Country
>New Jersey
I mean, maybe.
and the other districts should be considered too
I think they're just working class, like i WI.
Not really Trump country.
reach for the stars
Most of these aren't Trump country,
but these are these least difficult to take
Trump isn't running, of course
Why none from any southern states?
Or Rust Belt.
Gotta get that working class viote.
Every Southern district,
FL-13 is the close one near me
with a white majority,
has a GOP rep
There is not a single White-majority district in the South left to take
It's about 79% white
Dem incumbent
The issue is that the incumbent in that seat is the former governor of the fucking state
Good luck getting Blacks in the South to vote Republican
Button mash lol
Blacks anywhere
Voting republic
Nice meme
79% white district in the (sorta) south
those Black-majority Districts in Birmingham and Jackson and Atlanta aren't flipping
@FLanon Virginia?
@๐Boo-ton๐ FL-13
It'll never change.
I assume that's around Orlando
No
Homosexual Urbanites
Pinellas County
Oh, Tampa
It's a bit of an urban county, but it's extremely swing
Rich White Elites in Condos, I presume
probably
the main issue with that district is the incumbent, who was the governor of florida at one point
But we should still put up a fight there
anyways, my point is, don't limit yourself
this is a good way to see the demographics of congressional districts
median earnings: 30k a year
Anyways, the unfortunate thing is that there's barely anyone running on the R side in that district
You know what the NRCC would do if they were smart?
this is true,
the GOP has a recruitment problem this year
what?
They'd go to military reserves, maybe recruit off duty members as congressional candidates
They usually have the best chances, usually young, and who doesn't love a veteran
Unfortunately they're so fucking brain dead they allowed for a neo-nazi to get the nomination in what would have been a potentially competitive seat
WTF
NONE OF THOSE FUNDS GO TOWARDS A CONCRETE WALL
fucking retarded
DUPED BY CONGRESSIONAL DEMOCRATS YET AGAIN
the military doesn't fucking need 700 bn ffs
>give Dems everything they demand in full
>get 10% of your wall for 'border security' and more inflated military spending to fight Jew wars in the Middle East
when is he going to realize this doesn't help him
The point of America First was, "hey everyone else, take care of your own military, we're done with the world police stuff". This will not get him a single voter in the rust belt.
This is so damn stupid I swear.
The DoD is the most inefficient and wasteful government agency, they don't need one more damned cent.
atm giving a border security budget is actually OK as long as you get enough for the Wall, as the prohibition on allocating funds to doing so has been removed
border security is good
they should funnel a bit of that unnecessary ridiculous military expansion money into the wall
all it takes is 24 billion
Yep.
Easier to get $100 billion for the military than $2 billion for the Wall though
in any case, the house freedom caucus is voicing opposition to it
>What is Senate Filibuster
They didn't get their DACA protections, so Democrats getting what they wanted isn't entirely true.
Yikes!
The bill **doubles** the cap on the H2-B worker guest program!
