why

*yelling*

2019-04-01 23:17:51 UTC

I personally think the earth is a globe from research but, I don't wanna start anything I understand we all have different opinions.

2019-04-01 23:32:53 UTC

Here are some pictures that show the earths curvature

Round and flat like a pizza

@Run that's a valid argument lol

2019-04-02 13:31:22 UTC

That's a good question

2019-04-02 13:49:33 UTC

Why does my ceiling light illuminate my ceiling

2019-04-02 14:11:02 UTC

Because the lightbulb shines in all directions, illuminating your entire room. The Sun shines in all directions yet doesnt illuminate the ground or semi-tall buildings, but illuminates the bottom of clouds.

2019-04-02 14:12:57 UTC

Its to far away at that point

2019-04-02 14:15:03 UTC

I dont think light gets destroyed because of distance.

2019-04-02 14:15:24 UTC

Light can travel downwards from the sun an infinite distance.

2019-04-02 14:15:30 UTC

Whats the vanishing point

2019-04-02 14:15:52 UTC

Is the vanishing point fake?

2019-04-02 14:15:56 UTC

When objects vanish near eye level at a distance

2019-04-02 14:16:03 UTC

Not saying its fake

2019-04-02 14:16:04 UTC

Ok. Thx.

2019-04-02 14:16:33 UTC

Im saying the light from the sun would be able to travel from the source to the ground

2019-04-02 14:21:59 UTC

Yes I'm unmuted

2019-04-02 14:23:13 UTC

I'd like to recant my statement by the way @Citizen Z

Alright, <@!413153787801501697> has been warned for '**Bad word usage**'.

2019-04-02 21:00:06 UTC

Why do you believe the earth is flat with no concrete proof

2019-04-02 21:06:28 UTC

I donโ€™t know why but I can imagine itโ€™s because they have nothing better to do or they just donโ€™t get that not everything is fake

2019-04-02 22:08:18 UTC

@Deleted User there is concrete proof

2019-04-02 22:08:36 UTC

Impossible sight distances and direct measurements

2019-04-02 22:09:16 UTC

Why do you believe in a spinning water ball inside a vacuum? Impossible physics that will never be proven...

2019-04-02 22:12:25 UTC

proof density alone can't make things fall/sink

2019-04-02 22:12:26 UTC

Alright, @SeekingTruth has been warned for '**Duplicated text**'.

2019-04-02 22:12:29 UTC

oh

2019-04-02 22:12:34 UTC

yeah sure

2019-04-02 22:12:45 UTC

https://gyazo.com/74ed941ed3bcfd7803e11de0469702d9 I apply gravity to the situation, boom. See, water seeks to be level, not flat. It simply means it tries to spread equally all over.

2019-04-02 22:12:53 UTC

Ah, in case you want some math of why it happens, here it is, with vector visualization and graph. https://gyazo.com/27631aad8b2743e3e61f56680678c9c1

2019-04-02 22:13:03 UTC

Notice that one of the drops is kinda orbiting around, but hitting the floor. I've also heard a few peeps say that orbits make no sense, even with gravity. Well, here's an orbit with vector visualization with vertical and horizontal components. https://gyazo.com/40f8fa27600f6719403ad151ee48b95a

2019-04-02 22:13:11 UTC

Huh

2019-04-02 22:13:11 UTC

If you do the math too, it works just right. - Oh and also, buoyancy is NOT antigravity. Here's 3 objects, each of them have the exact same mass (and therefore the same weight). The only thing that changes is their volume. https://gyazo.com/2fdf4732e6e44682c31b405037803045

2019-04-02 22:13:13 UTC

anyone want to go in the debate voice chat?

2019-04-02 22:13:19 UTC

As you can see, all of them have the exact same vector for gravity. But the buoyant force( which is always directly opposite to gravity's) counteracts it. - Here are 3 objects, the exact same, submerged in water, but without gravity. https://gyazo.com/65c4e72c73445bd76759860b95f02a48

2019-04-02 22:13:21 UTC

Gravity is an observation

2019-04-02 22:13:29 UTC

Hm, there seems to be a problem... nothing sinks nor floats. That's because gravity is required for buoyancy to exist. Even though the object on the left is less dense than the water, and the 2 on the right are less dense. Huh hold on Notice how the force of buoyancy only depends on the volume, and not the mass. 2 objects with the same volume have the same buoyancy (air lift) https://media.discordapp.net/attachments/562611254443769863/562709851252326418/unknown.png?width=423&height=450

2019-04-02 22:13:30 UTC

Now, depending on mass, the force of gravity will change. This is why density is related with it indirectly.

2019-04-02 22:13:35 UTC

It doesnt prove anything

2019-04-02 22:13:36 UTC

go in the debate vc wuth me

2019-04-02 22:13:42 UTC

Im not reading that

2019-04-02 22:13:43 UTC

im not proving gravity

2019-04-02 22:14:11 UTC

im saying that density alone cannot make things fall/rise

2019-04-02 22:14:48 UTC

We were designed to live this existence on the ground. We are not designed to float

2019-04-02 22:14:56 UTC

Enough said

2019-04-02 22:15:22 UTC

Balloons!

2019-04-02 22:15:39 UTC

still, density alone cannot make things **fall**, like we do

2019-04-02 22:15:52 UTC

there must be a pressure gradient generated by weight

2019-04-02 22:16:14 UTC

and as shown in the proof, just having objects submerged in a fluid won't make anything have weight

2019-04-02 22:21:58 UTC

exactly because thats not how density works

2019-04-02 22:27:10 UTC

Pictures. Of. A. Round. Earth. From. Space.

2019-04-02 22:27:16 UTC

Thatโ€™s all Iโ€™m saying

2019-04-02 22:35:36 UTC

@Deleted User why do they keep changing colours and even sizes of continents? do these pics look real to you? why is there no pic of a satelite in space?

2019-04-02 22:50:52 UTC

Satellites are not what you thin they are

2019-04-02 22:51:19 UTC

why do you assume anything about me?

2019-04-02 23:02:34 UTC

Shiro? Are you insecure ?

2019-04-03 00:07:52 UTC

@shiro there are pictures of earth... a lot

2019-04-03 00:08:23 UTC

https://himawari8.nict.go.jp/
This satellite in a geosynchronous orbit takes a picture every 10 minutes. Since July 6th, 2015. 1,966,991 minutes have elapsed since it started. That's 196,699 pictures approximately. Oh... obviously somebody is awake 24/7, photoshopping pictures every 10 minutes, since 2015, because the earth just can't be a globe. Right...
Also, this debunks the claim that there are no recent pictures.
There's literally a picture every 10 minutes.

2019-04-03 00:10:36 UTC

how many trillions does nasa get lole

2019-04-03 00:10:42 UTC

a pic all 10mins is doable

2019-04-03 00:10:52 UTC

easy tbh
