In all the flags the color patterning is consistent in which fields are colored what. Your splitting blue and green in the outside fields is inconsistent. That's my critique.

I really like the congruence with the design shared by the flags of Northern Europe. I think if you want to be serious about making a nation, and calculating for its longevity, you have to consider oversimplification.
