@Neja Testosterone is the chemical they were talking about. Lower the testosterone level relative to estrogen levels to make men more feminine. That is the chemical method. There are a few way to do this, one would be injecting estrogen, another would be castration.

Castration is not a chemical method. It has hormon level changing effects because the bloody T-factory is gone. That is a physical process. You then get the expectable results and therefore should substitute testosterone; when we speak of "chemical castration" we refer of the destruction of the T-factories, the testes. In both cases you don't have functioning testes anymore. That is the castration; not the resulting hormonal levels as you framed it. Hence reversed causality on your part

yeah, essentially you could say that everything deviating from the statistical average, the normal, is a disorder, even a positive thing. There are positive sides to autism, if you're lucky and really just a high functioning one with few detriments. It happens in many math and physics and IT departments of universities. and yeah, OCD can have positive effects too, if channeled properly 😉
