The physical standards shall be broken down into three categories. The Bronze category is minimum standards to meet to participate in public events. They are as follows

Bronze status shall be
Run 2 miles in 17:00
Push-ups (one minute) 30
Sit-ups (one minute) 40

Silver status shall be
Run two miles in 15:30 minutes
Push-ups (one minute) 35
Sit-ups (one minute) 50

Gold status shall be
Run two miles in 14:00 minutes
Push-ups (one minute) 55
Sit-ups (one minute) 70
