I think itโ€™s just in mg

2018-02-02 14:30:51 UTC

I believe it's the same. Take 10,000 mg of vd

2018-02-02 14:31:04 UTC

@Hand Banana There's a guy up in Canada I watch who goes camping in -30 with like a sleeping bag, a tarp, and an axe. The more experience you have, the easier it is to get away with taking less gear. Tent stakes, for example are a few grams to maybe an ounce. That's like nothing, but ounces equal pounds, pounds equal pain especially for something so completely unnecessary as a tent stake (though tents in general aren't exactly necessary either). You can carve them out of a stick, or make a duff button, or a bunch of other stuff

2018-02-02 14:31:09 UTC

Couple that with 1000mg of a magnesium supplement

2018-02-02 14:31:14 UTC

Your body can only process 1,000 mg at a time

2018-02-02 14:31:21 UTC

Correct.

2018-02-02 14:31:25 UTC

Any more is overkill

2018-02-02 14:31:29 UTC

Potentially bad

2018-02-02 14:31:41 UTC

There is no evidence to support that

2018-02-02 14:31:43 UTC

I wouldn't say bad, just useless

2018-02-02 14:31:47 UTC

Ah

2018-02-02 14:31:47 UTC

You'll piss out the extra

2018-02-02 14:31:51 UTC

If you're talking about vd

2018-02-02 14:31:51 UTC

Ok cool

2018-02-02 14:31:55 UTC

I piss a lot

2018-02-02 14:32:02 UTC

Drink lots and lots of water

2018-02-02 14:32:08 UTC

water is good

2018-02-02 14:32:27 UTC

Yeah man I go often. Water has been good to me.

2018-02-02 14:32:32 UTC

@FashyGoy1488 10,000IU is what is used to treat inflammatory conditions or chronic vitamin D deficiency

2018-02-02 14:32:35 UTC

Pissing out the toxins

2018-02-02 14:33:16 UTC

It is usually standard protocol for dealing with a shortage, and there has never been shown any bad effects

2018-02-02 14:33:25 UTC

Nice

2018-02-02 14:33:32 UTC

It is what I recommend my inflamed patients to take

2018-02-02 14:33:35 UTC

I saw vitamin b everywhere

2018-02-02 14:33:39 UTC

Never saw anyone suggest d

2018-02-02 14:33:45 UTC

Where did you see that?

2018-02-02 14:33:53 UTC

Medical School

2018-02-02 14:34:01 UTC

I just take it in my multivitamin

2018-02-02 14:34:03 UTC

I wouldn't recommend a beginner try to do bushcraft or ultralight though

2018-02-02 14:35:17 UTC

@FashyGoy1488 Multivitamins are great for maintenance, but If you have symptoms, superdosing on specific vitamins is better.

2018-02-02 14:35:24 UTC

Right

2018-02-02 14:35:29 UTC

And you my friend seem to have symptoms

2018-02-02 14:35:41 UTC

I take extra b, l Theanine, and GABa

2018-02-02 14:35:44 UTC

Up north, vitamin D is a pretty big deal in winter. I had to take 50k IU for like 12 weeks to catch back up to a good level

2018-02-02 14:35:47 UTC

On top of the multi

2018-02-02 14:36:10 UTC

Kelp too

2018-02-02 14:36:24 UTC

@FashyGoy1488 excellent. Vitamin D should help with the withdrawal symptoms from the Xanax

2018-02-02 14:36:31 UTC

Thanks man

2018-02-02 14:36:40 UTC

Iโ€™m gonna go take some rq

2018-02-02 14:39:09 UTC

You could also try St John's Wort, which is a natural mood stabilizer, but it is more of a natural drug than a supplement.

2018-02-02 14:39:26 UTC

I take it sometimes when patients get to me.

2018-02-02 14:40:30 UTC

I had the dream of one day growing herbal medicines in the ethnostate. So these things interest me.

2018-02-02 14:45:00 UTC

I heard thatโ€™s good stuff never tried

2018-02-02 14:45:36 UTC

My main problem is honestly the stomach

2018-02-02 14:45:56 UTC

What's the problem?

2018-02-02 14:45:56 UTC

Iโ€™m getting through the head stuff and weakness and clammy shit

2018-02-02 14:46:13 UTC

My stomach is on constant tightness and grumbling and I canโ€™t eat

2018-02-02 14:46:35 UTC

Heartburn, or like you're gonna puke?

2018-02-02 14:46:38 UTC

I might just have to deal with jt

2018-02-02 14:46:42 UTC

More nausea

2018-02-02 14:46:49 UTC

I take a daily antacid

2018-02-02 14:47:00 UTC

There's your problem

2018-02-02 14:47:04 UTC

And I have pepto bismol I take when needed

2018-02-02 14:47:25 UTC

Well if I donโ€™t take it, my stomach fills with acid and I wanna puke even more

2018-02-02 14:47:48 UTC

Antacids are the jewiest medicine invented. It literally causes problems.

2018-02-02 14:47:53 UTC

Like stomach pain

2018-02-02 14:47:59 UTC

Fuck sakes

2018-02-02 14:48:22 UTC

They're kinda like depression meds that way

2018-02-02 14:48:22 UTC

I guess I just have to ride it out

2018-02-02 14:48:50 UTC

Yeah I know first hand that antidepressants donโ€™t work

2018-02-02 14:48:59 UTC

(((Antidepressants)))

2018-02-02 14:49:09 UTC

You need some more acid in your stomach, so you can digest things.

2018-02-02 14:49:26 UTC

You can do it the easy way or the hard way

2018-02-02 14:49:35 UTC

I want the healthy way

2018-02-02 14:49:39 UTC

No more easy way

2018-02-02 14:49:48 UTC

Well both are healthy.

2018-02-02 14:49:49 UTC

Thatโ€™s what got me here in the first place

2018-02-02 14:50:02 UTC

I just want to be healthy

2018-02-02 14:50:09 UTC

Easy=buy yourself a HCl supplement and take that.

2018-02-02 14:50:19 UTC

The fuck?

2018-02-02 14:50:21 UTC

Lol

2018-02-02 14:50:24 UTC

Hard=chug a glass of Apple cider vinegar

2018-02-02 14:50:32 UTC

Iโ€™m not an alchemist

2018-02-02 14:50:35 UTC

Lol

2018-02-02 14:50:49 UTC

HCl is what your stomach acid is.

2018-02-02 14:51:07 UTC

You can usually find one at any health food or supplement store

2018-02-02 14:51:13 UTC

Or just buy it online.

2018-02-02 14:51:25 UTC

Or just not take antacids ?

2018-02-02 14:51:38 UTC

My stomach has no problems producing the stuff

2018-02-02 14:52:06 UTC

@QuackDoktor would any of these be useful iyo?

https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/406155057705385994/408998017417609216/0202180951.jpg

2018-02-02 14:53:32 UTC

@FashyGoy1488 It actually does. The pain you are feeling is because of indigestion and/or a flabby pyloric sphincter which lets the acid up into your throat aka heartburn.

2018-02-02 14:53:43 UTC

Both solved by more acid and less antacid.

2018-02-02 14:54:01 UTC

Weird

2018-02-02 14:54:12 UTC

Learn something new everyday

2018-02-02 14:54:13 UTC

@Vice Commander Hunt Peppermint might. Having more acid would solve the problem though.

2018-02-02 14:54:26 UTC

What about bismuth?

2018-02-02 14:55:07 UTC

I mean in general. Not necessarily for stomach acid. You mentioned herbal medicine

2018-02-02 14:56:29 UTC

@Vice Commander Hunt really, the big ones I would want to grow are Echinacea, St John's Wort, reishi mushrooms, chamomile, and dandelion.

2018-02-02 14:57:49 UTC

@Vice Commander Hunt But the list you have is good.

2018-02-02 14:58:06 UTC

@FashyGoy1488 bismuth is an antacid. Opposite of what you want.

2018-02-02 14:58:23 UTC

Ok

2018-02-02 14:58:26 UTC

Just checking

2018-02-02 14:59:55 UTC

Whatโ€™s your opinion on kratom? If any

2018-02-02 15:00:14 UTC

I have some red Borneo but Iโ€™m afraid to take it because normally it curbs my appetite

2018-02-02 15:00:21 UTC

Right now I need appetite

2018-02-02 15:00:31 UTC

Any good natural appetite boosters?

2018-02-02 15:00:44 UTC

Iโ€™ve eaten one full meal the past three days

2018-02-02 15:01:18 UTC

Basically, stop all stimulants and eat very starchy foods.

2018-02-02 15:01:36 UTC

Ok so no kratom then because it does have stimulating effects

2018-02-02 15:01:43 UTC

Starchy foods eh?
