This March will be very cardio intense. Get that mile time improved significantly. You have 2 and a half weeks. Running everyday will get you there. Do 100 push ups, 100 sit ups, 100 air squats, an hour worth of pull ups every other day.

It’s not terrible hike at all

35 minute drive

It usually takes me about 4 hours to do that hike. If we start around 10:30 we will be just in time for an early dinner, socialize hang out together. I think a cold hike plus coming back to a warm dinner will be some great community and team building.
