For me, it's just NW03 Ben CO. I sent him a follow-up message today. He said he has 6 people going + one unaffiliate. I asked him how many people total in his network. Still waiting to hear back.

NW9: Total members = 12. Confirmed attendance = 11. Not attending = 1 (Victor DE - reason: started new job in October which has a 90 day prohibitive policy of taking time off and he works on Saturdays). All members have been proactive in responding and none has left ms on read.

NW07 Henry MA 11/12. Rex VT can't make it because he said it's his son's fifth birthday that weekend. I haven't offered this event to Joe MA yet since he hasn't been readded to rocketchat yet. He would make our numbers 12/13 if he accepts.

Not attending for NW 12:
@ND - Carter MO having a child due the same week. Wife is currently dilated.
@Victor IL was going to leave the organization earlier this year, convinced him to stay for months, used all of his working days, wife is pregnant, and cannot leave family due to lack of planning on his part.
@PF-450967 was also going to leave the organization very recently after a possible agent visited one of our members. He didn't want his mother to find out. After debate we agreed that he should continue to sticker once a week and in that time period he is exempt from most activities until the start of 2022. This was the only way we were able to retain him unfortunately.
@PF-942171 has also gone dark, last heard he had a new "life changing job". Not expecting his return. Will be removed.
@PF-392783 new member went dark after not appearing at our first event. Will be removed.

Not attending for Kansas City regional:
@PF-558377 has gone dark as well. Strange behavior for his dedication, we're hoping he will return. Possible jail time or could be hospitalized. No way to confirm what has happened.

Yes get their personal responses, give Thomas as much as possible to work with. Focus on getting information, why they feel this way, what issues they had or have in detail.

@Vincent TX Ryan gave me the name "Sam" so that's the OH guy I messaged. There's both a Sam and Samuel in OH.

If he's not going, that's the right guy.

Ask him if he attempted to get time off. Him being so hostile to a simple question is an indication he is guilty of something, or at the very least on the defensive about a poor choice he is about to make.
