Okay, if he was reacting to it fine then I can see why in the moment it wouldn't be of concern. Going forward though, relegate more "criminal" activities like that to a couple actions in for new people. He may have been chill with it but someone like @Adam IN probably would be freaked out by that sort of thing happening right away since hes a bit more goody so to speak.

I'm glad you guys showed him a good time and got him exposed to lots of members quickly. It'll be harder for him to get cold feet and leave now.

Both of you have the authority to tell @Nathan MI to chill out if you need to. If he wants to run out and grab a flag or something thats one thing, but when you're with a new guy he needs to be told beforehand to be on his best behavior and to stay "wig classy" not "wig nasty" if you will.

The only thing I told Nathan to tone down on was his intensity when talking with the new guy and not making feel uncomfortable

I already talked with Nathan about it and he understands that we shouldn't of done all that stuff with the new guy. He believes that we just had all these opportunities infront of us that one thing led to another and another. I also talked to him about his demeanor as well

I knew he would be able to see it in retrospect, Nathan is a very smart guy, but it matters in the moment to recognize "okay this is based and epic and fun, but what negative effect might this have?" and then to make the not so fun decision to restrain one self. Its not the end of the world though just keep it in mind going forward

Just had a long conversation with Johnny about Michael. He understands the plan and fully agrees with it. He will continue working with Michael on fitness and keep me updated on how it goes.
