I actually found the dissenting opinions in the Roe vs. Wade case far more convincing.

2018-10-02 23:07:49 UTC

guys did you see the blaka dunkin doughnuts workers harassing the white guy sleeping at dunking ?

2018-10-02 23:07:59 UTC

I forgot who wrote the opinion for the dissent.

2018-10-02 23:08:31 UTC

He should have gone to Starbucks.

2018-10-02 23:08:33 UTC

@Rjfenix indeed, 41% of all people making accusations of rape to cops later admit to the same cops that they made it up.

2018-10-02 23:08:45 UTC

you got a cite on that?

2018-10-02 23:08:50 UTC

yes

2018-10-02 23:08:56 UTC

This will be memory holed if the homeless person was white.

2018-10-02 23:09:07 UTC

May we see it?

2018-10-02 23:09:38 UTC

Yes, that's about the number that Kanin and McDoublas found.

2018-10-02 23:09:48 UTC

That Dunkin Donuts guy deserves suspension IMHO

2018-10-02 23:09:52 UTC

They had developed a model for false allegations that was about 85% accurate.

2018-10-02 23:10:05 UTC

@Redneo Thanks. I try to collect as much proof as I can makes convincing people easier.

2018-10-02 23:10:07 UTC

There's a video of it in the article

2018-10-02 23:10:24 UTC

You guys should read the McDouglas study.

2018-10-02 23:10:29 UTC
2018-10-02 23:10:31 UTC

Wait, let me try to dig it up ...

2018-10-02 23:10:38 UTC

And downloaded thanks

2018-10-02 23:10:41 UTC

@Undead Mockingbird its not utilising some method they devised

2018-10-02 23:10:53 UTC

Its purely based on 41% ADMITTING to having lied.

2018-10-02 23:10:54 UTC

Hunt, Laura, and Ray Bull. "Differentiating genuine and false rape allegations: A model to aid rape investigations." Psychiatry, psychology and law 19.5 (2012): 682-691.

2018-10-02 23:11:06 UTC

@Redneo Yes, I konw, that's the study by Kanin.

2018-10-02 23:11:19 UTC

So the number most likely to be higher

2018-10-02 23:11:26 UTC

But McDouglas had another one, for the military, which then fed into a model for predicting a false alelgation.

2018-10-02 23:12:00 UTC

"but wahmen can't lie"

2018-10-02 23:12:28 UTC

Wait, McDougal

2018-10-02 23:13:40 UTC

eh, can't find it

2018-10-02 23:13:47 UTC

google scholar is a shitty search engine

2018-10-02 23:13:54 UTC

Its not much different here in germany with germanies largest victim ambulance warning about false allegations in 2009 with 29% of all people that come in having selfinflicted injuries and trying to use those as evidence for injuries endured during the rape/assault.

2018-10-02 23:14:03 UTC

@grant agree he should have gone to starbucks

2018-10-02 23:14:04 UTC

too lazy right now

2018-10-02 23:14:52 UTC

Yes, I remember studies on rape from Germany, the UK, Australia, Canada

2018-10-02 23:15:00 UTC

They all found false allegation rates of 40-80%

2018-10-02 23:15:15 UTC

The one in Germany was from Bavaria.

2018-10-02 23:15:23 UTC

@grant wtf lmao

2018-10-02 23:15:24 UTC

That one was a good one.

2018-10-02 23:15:27 UTC

bitch be cray

2018-10-02 23:15:42 UTC
