Oops
No one ever makes an argument for the constitutionality of RvW
Well, they have.
That's why it's law.
People who cry out false rape should get similar punishment to rape. IMO
I mean in recent times
It's just that the dissenting opinions lost out.
In the end, it's whatever shit they decide.
Constitution be damned.
It's always "Kavanaugh's going to repeal it because he hates women, like all conservatives" and not "Kavanaugh is going to repeal it because he's a bad judge and doesn't understand how constitutional it actually is"
@Rjfenix well they dont receive ANY punishment as it stands. They could, but even if you file provably malicious false accusations with the cops, it is nearly unheard of for a prosecuter to go after you.
I actually found the dissenting opinions in the Roe vs. Wade case far more convincing.
guys did you see the blaka dunkin doughnuts workers harassing the white guy sleeping at dunking ?
I forgot who wrote the opinion for the dissent.
He should have gone to Starbucks.
@Rjfenix indeed, 41% of all people making accusations of rape to cops later admit to the same cops that they made it up.
you got a cite on that?
yes
This will be memory holed if the homeless person was white.
Yes, that's about the number that Kanin and McDoublas found.
That Dunkin Donuts guy deserves suspension IMHO
They had developed a model for false allegations that was about 85% accurate.
@Redneo Thanks. I try to collect as much proof as I can makes convincing people easier.
There's a video of it in the article
You guys should read the McDouglas study.
@Undead Mockingbird actualy, no
Wait, let me try to dig it up ...
And downloaded thanks
@Undead Mockingbird its not utilising some method they devised
Its purely based on 41% ADMITTING to having lied.
Hunt, Laura, and Ray Bull. "Differentiating genuine and false rape allegations: A model to aid rape investigations." Psychiatry, psychology and law 19.5 (2012): 682-691.
@Redneo Yes, I konw, that's the study by Kanin.
So the number most likely to be higher
But McDouglas had another one, for the military, which then fed into a model for predicting a false alelgation.
"but wahmen can't lie"
Wait, McDougal
eh, can't find it
google scholar is a shitty search engine
