Men are not completely free under Sharia. For example, if a woman wishes to move out, the man has to provide her with a place to live and servants, if she was accustomed to them.

Woman are also entitled to all of her earnings, while a man under Sharia has to provide for his woman.

Sharia is a bit like feminism in that men nowadays are forced by the state to subsidize women, while women abnegate many of the responsibilities that fall on men.
