that's not my point but ok

2018-10-03 20:08:52 UTC

they need a ton where i live

2018-10-03 20:08:58 UTC

@oprahsminge im german, but i narrowly dodged that bullet. Would i have been a few years older i wouldve been of that age when i would have had to do my 2 year mandatory service that is meant to prepare us to be drafted.

2018-10-03 20:09:04 UTC

i wonder if i would do well

2018-10-03 20:09:09 UTC

ok so nobody but the ukranian have ever been asked to serve

2018-10-03 20:09:17 UTC

I signed up for the Army in time of war.

2018-10-03 20:09:25 UTC

that and a german who went out of his way to avoid a silly 2 year mandatory service

2018-10-03 20:09:30 UTC

ok thanks for that info

2018-10-03 20:09:42 UTC

i didnt choose my birthyear

2018-10-03 20:09:48 UTC

If you're in Germany, you have a similar imbalance. Much of the socialist state programs are financed with the taxes of men.

2018-10-03 20:09:49 UTC

i don't care

2018-10-03 20:09:50 UTC

so, no, i didnt do anything to avoid that

2018-10-03 20:10:01 UTC

I was almost asked by the Spanish Crown to serve in the Spanish Army

2018-10-03 20:10:04 UTC

Even in Europe, women work 10 hours less per week, on average, than men.

2018-10-03 20:10:22 UTC

@Khanclansith so did I but I'm just interested in hearing who in the non, volunteer side actually had to serve in a manner that didn't involve consent

2018-10-03 20:10:30 UTC

and specifically in a war

2018-10-03 20:10:30 UTC

Even in Germany the men are the breadwinners

2018-10-03 20:10:39 UTC

Add to this things such as maternity leave, a higher count of sick days, lower productivity, fields that involve more care ...

2018-10-03 20:11:04 UTC

I dont think a draft is likely affecting many people right now but if things escalate into WW3 you can be certain men will be drafted

2018-10-03 20:11:11 UTC

Yes, men will always be the breadwinners.

But people don't see it as clearly, because the money they hand to women is done through the indirection of the state.

2018-10-03 20:11:12 UTC

I think its a terrible idea to have women work in care tbh.

2018-10-03 20:11:22 UTC

It's an extra step, but men still finance women, absolutely.

2018-10-03 20:11:52 UTC

And if things go bad and war breaks out, it will be primarily men dying.

2018-10-03 20:12:02 UTC

hmmm

2018-10-03 20:12:03 UTC

Men died for the vote - women cried for the vote.

2018-10-03 20:12:36 UTC

the more authoretarian governments get, the less respect men get from women as they believe they are entitled to the mans extra work without relating with them

2018-10-03 20:12:41 UTC

i can see this being true

2018-10-03 20:13:08 UTC

because the state takes the place of the man

2018-10-03 20:13:14 UTC

provides and protects

2018-10-03 20:13:31 UTC

but the state is only able to do that by stealing from men

2018-10-03 20:13:36 UTC

@Doshin tbh I think the complaint is dumb

2018-10-03 20:13:37 UTC

@>Cytos, de lieve goede synth Well, that's in part due to the illusion women get of independence, because of the extra step of the state.

2018-10-03 20:13:52 UTC

They think they are independent, but on the balance sheet, women are still financed by men.

2018-10-03 20:14:14 UTC

It's also hilarious that feminists complain about the earnings/wage gap, because women do 80% of domestic spending.

2018-10-03 20:14:33 UTC

They DO earn less than men, yet far outspend men.

Where do you think that money is coming from then?

2018-10-03 20:14:34 UTC

i concur, the gender vs gender thing is BS

2018-10-03 20:14:42 UTC

humans are human in a couple

2018-10-03 20:14:50 UTC

I can't comprehend wanting a woman in combat.

2018-10-03 20:15:03 UTC

we function differently, because we need to do a wide range of things to function, more then a single person can handle

2018-10-03 20:15:10 UTC

Only the top 4% of women can compete with the average for men.

2018-10-03 20:15:36 UTC

it depends on what
