In some neighborhoods, yes. it is American India. A friend of mine (I think he might be in here) lives in a neighborhood that's mostly Indian.

Rarely do people even use guns incase of a emergecy. Before I even handled a gun in my life, I had the safety steps drilled into my head.

I was taught how to handle gun, taught how to clean guns, and taught how to store guns before I even got to fire a single shot.
