And now the image of Tim rapidly choking people to death with his beanie is stuck in my head

2018-10-11 11:28:28 UTC

Is it gay to ship Luke and Tim?

2018-10-11 11:28:34 UTC

yes

2018-10-11 11:28:45 UTC

Tim doesnt peddle in conspiracies

2018-10-11 11:29:14 UTC

I can see Tim being the new Big Boss.

2018-10-11 11:29:56 UTC

But instead of a knife, the assault beanie is his weapon.

2018-10-11 11:31:39 UTC

this feature is gonna have hilarious consequences.

Its only an assault beanie if:
- It has full-elasticity
- an intermediate color
- logos be supplied on one side
- have an effective range of atleast 300 meters

Beyond the partisan issues, though, there’s a deeper danger in equating Russia and China. Think of it in these terms: Russia is 4chan, and China is Facebook. If you’re not familiar with 4chan, imagine the worst losers you knew in high school—not the nice, dopey stoners, but the rat-faced scumbags trying to take upskirt pictures—and then imagine them encouraging each other to be even worse people online. Like 4chan, Russia is all about chaos, mixed with a hearty dose of anti-Semitism and homophobia.

2018-10-11 11:35:48 UTC

Rat faced scumbags !!

2018-10-11 11:35:58 UTC

Heeey. Tim can't be a trap. All evidence points to him being a dude. Unless you mean reverse trap, but that still can't be right.

2018-10-11 11:36:14 UTC

Seems they misspelled weaponised autists @zutt

2018-10-11 11:36:34 UTC

God, if I'm forced to write one more thing about microaggressions for this class I'm going to projectile vomit.

2018-10-11 11:36:57 UTC

Well the article is thrashy otherwise

2018-10-11 11:36:59 UTC

Lel

2018-10-11 11:37:23 UTC

Lol the textbooks here may have a hard on for Marx but atleast we don't have to write about micro agressions

2018-10-11 11:38:09 UTC

It's a class that fills the diversity requirement that the campus has.

2018-10-11 11:40:33 UTC

why not say that making homework is a microaggression 😛

2018-10-11 11:40:44 UTC

and then zoidberg out of the room

2018-10-11 11:41:58 UTC

see if I really wanted to, I'd say that making me sit down and read that much material is really harsh on students with ADHD, I could argue it.
But I don't have the willpower to spout that much bull in one sitting.

2018-10-11 11:42:52 UTC

Wow that sentence really didn't hold well. I'm tired.

2018-10-11 11:43:31 UTC

It's going to be okay 😛

2018-10-11 11:43:46 UTC

2018-10-11 11:44:07 UTC

2018-10-11 11:44:22 UTC

2018-10-11 11:44:29 UTC

Btw this is very interesting op piece in guardian

2018-10-11 11:45:47 UTC

I will have to read that not-right-now. Right now I try to get 2-3 hours of sleep before I get ready for class.

2018-10-11 11:45:59 UTC

2018-10-11 11:46:12 UTC

The problem isn’t the quality of the tools, in other words, but the institution wielding them. And AI will only make that institution more brutal. The forever war demands that the US sees enemies everywhere. AI promises to find those enemies faster – even if all it takes to be considered an enemy is exhibiting a pattern of behavior that a (classified) machine-learning model associates with hostile activity. Call it death by big data.
