Still, you have a problem with hunting illegals in that you have to know who they are to hunt them down, but the fact they're illegal makes it hard to both hunt them down and then verify they're actually illegal before feeding them to dogs. It's why bounty hunting is preferable to vigilantism, but vigilantism can actually happen, while bounties are a fucking stretch. Imagine congress proposing such legislation. A fucking chimpout.
