According to a Guardian interview, Political blogger, aka Guido Fawkes describes himself as ‘anarcho-libertarian, or Thatcherite on drugs.’ The blog publishes scandals related to politicians with Guido stating its aim is to expose rumors and conspiracies of Westminster.

In review, Guido Fawkes (order-order.com) utilizes emotionally loaded language in its headlines such as “ANDREA JENKYNS: BREXIT LEGEND” and “DOG WHISTLE LABOUR MESSAGES SENT TO MUSLIM VOTERS.” These blog posts often display social media posts from Twitter or Facebook with Paul Staines writing short comments such as Theresa May’s policies “will mercilessly target our communities, our places of worship and all areas of our lives”. Worrying stuff…”

Essentially, Guido Fawkes is adding a few opinionated soundbites to their blog posts with the hope of increasing discussion to encourage clicking (Clickbait) or sharing on social media. Generally all stories favor the right with many having a nationalist tone and are poorly sourced. Further, this source down plays climate change by publishing articles that show Polar Bears are thriving and demonstrating that green energy is too costly.

Overall, we rate Guido Fawkes Right Biased due to word choices that favor the Right and Mixed for factual reporting based on poor sourcing. (M. Huitsing 6/13/2018) Updated (10/18/2019)

No wonder this server loves it

2020-03-31 08:35:47 UTC

Same reason leftists love the Guardian

2020-03-31 08:36:39 UTC

I don't think I've seen more than two links to the site in here during the several years I've been around

2020-03-31 08:36:47 UTC

Imagine thinking journalist outlets are impartial

2020-03-31 08:37:34 UTC

No chance of that, Xav

2020-03-31 08:37:43 UTC

You could ban all news media and have a solitary state media outlet

2020-03-31 08:37:50 UTC

It would still be biased - just towards the state

2020-03-31 08:40:42 UTC

Well that's what communists did

2020-03-31 08:41:12 UTC

Ok, to be exact, they didn't have to do that with TV because there was pretty much one station

2020-03-31 08:41:25 UTC

So they just appropriated it <:smugon:512048583806025739>

2020-03-31 08:41:46 UTC

Imagine being so unable to comprehend media bias that you need some rando with a shit website to catalogue it so you can point and REEE whenever someone posts a link from a media group you don't like

We'll add "the difference between bailouts and welfare" to the long list of things Zoe Williams doesn't understand

Even the guardian's url is fake news "commentisfree"

I'm still enjoying all the salt from townies protesting on Twatter about being banned from driving out to the countryside for their walks

It's a gift that keeps on giving

Just watched Sargon's latest video complaining about government implementing extreme measures, and I'm a little surprised tbh. Government needs to legally back police actions. We've been watching our politics become an absolute circus, and we've been laughing all the way to this disaster. And now we've got this. I guess we should have taken politics more seriously and figure out our part of responsability in creating this environment, instead of crying "authoritarian" like children now.

2020-03-31 09:19:41 UTC

There've been a lot of discussions about this, Octopus

2020-03-31 09:19:56 UTC

The problem is some of the advice is contradictory, and the implementation a little wayward

2020-03-31 09:20:02 UTC

@OctopusOnfire That's just sargon being libertarianalisticist. He's like "I don't want to catch the virus." but he's also like "We went for a walk, everyone is outside with their families, what a nice sunny day." <:smugon:512048583806025739>

The last time he said his wife was angry at him for taking her to the supermarket

2020-03-31 09:20:39 UTC

Sargon is actually retarded if he did that.

2020-03-31 09:20:52 UTC

I think he social distances though lol

2020-03-31 09:21:36 UTC

Yes, it is @Eccles and as a Spaniard I can tell you.... You're being lucky in comparison 🤦‍♂️😂

2020-03-31 09:22:18 UTC

Go on...

2020-03-31 09:23:46 UTC

Lmao are you seriously comparing Guardian to your lol blog

2020-03-31 09:24:58 UTC

@Goddess Tyche Yep, that's sargoy. Laughing at France for having to file forms to be let out of their homes while being like "people are responsible and will do the distancing".

Also I think in the last video before the lotr one he mentioned there was a helicopter hovering over the fields he went for a walk to <:Veemote:501103628883591188>

2020-03-31 09:27:20 UTC

> people are responsible and will do the distancing

Not only does he live in an area where ethnic homegeneity is a long forgotten circumstance, he also lives in a country where they fucking confiscate butter knives, so him talking about personal responsibility as if it's a factor with anything is fucking retarded.

2020-03-31 09:27:30 UTC

Yea

2020-03-31 09:27:40 UTC

It's cute watching him thinking that people at large are responsible <:smugon:512048583806025739>

2020-03-31 09:27:45 UTC
