it's a hard game that uses a lot of RNG, so I can get why some people hate it

you just have to be prepared and know what you're doing

Darkest Dungeon requires a lot of caution and patience

The amount of times where I forgot to bring torches, lol...

The amount of times where I forgot to bring torches on purpose because dark runs yield insane profits...

To be fair, they did nerf that by increasing overall stress and *even* higher dmg and crit chance for enemies when it's dark

And they made shamblers into something respectable

Iirc you could essentially make the game unwinnable if you lose units near the end of the game

all that pink makes me think of the "build and repair system" mod for Space engineers, either all that stuff is painted to be ingnored by it or to be grinded by it.
