@UnScottable pls cite paper with link or the Zhuo et al. etc.

its the paper weve been discussing with those tables

Ah ok.

Thx.

👍

Been looking at other shit papers and see what they said but everything is so muddy and unclear so I would just point out that almost every one of this has such a small sample size.

2020-03-05 16:32:46 UTC

yea.... turns out both our studies are shit

One less shit than the other.

In regards to sample size <:smugon:512048583806025739>

2020-03-05 16:33:16 UTC

thats debatable

only to sample size <:smugon:512048583806025739>

2020-03-05 16:33:51 UTC

samples size clearly isnt the biggest factor given that AT2 cells have the ACE2 receptor specifically highly expressed. so. <:smugon:512048583806025739>

Main issue the whole time for me was the sample size not if there is any differences, because I know that there are.

its been fun

good ol science battle

2020-03-05 16:35:03 UTC

but im afraid youve activated my trap card <:coolgon:549370575701803019>

? sample size not important when making racial analysis of large population expressions?

2020-03-05 16:35:19 UTC

i didnt say it was unimportant

2020-03-05 16:35:26 UTC

i said it wasnt the "biggest" factor

2020-03-05 16:35:44 UTC

it is still an important factor. look i choose my words carefully ok <:coolgon:549370575701803019>
Though I have brought this stuff up before in another channel with Scale_E being one of them, and you are the first person to present another study and thats been fun. Nice to see someone bring something else to look at 😄

2020-03-05 16:41:53 UTC

Depending on the probability of something occuring and the precision that you're looking for, the sample size is actually often the most important factor

2 other studies <:coolgon:549370575701803019> @UnScottable if you reread what I wrote you would understand that my issue is specifically about the sample size being smoll.

https://doi.org/10.1148/ryct.2020200034 radiation is good for you <:smugon:512048583806025739>
