The article and headline are pretty good for judging who can and does read more than a headline and actually delves into the substance.
The sad part is the amount of people who think the headline tells the whole story... modern days it seems, then again even here people post screen caps of a headline.

I actually carry around several letters of authorization and even an extra badge to work on cash recyclers and people in this area are so trusting I have yet to ever be asked by anyone to see them.
