As someone who has tried to put people back together after being ejected from vehicles, I can resoundly state I don't miss being in the back of pickeups
I wasn't even ALLOWED to come back before it was dark.
I stayed out all night... walking the streets of Perry, Oklahoma.
i did that in boston just the other week
I basically hung out with my friends.... come back like 5 am in the morning.

I still remember the motorcyclist without a helmet that was essentially cheese grated by the road
We would randomly choose to stay the night at our friends house and the parents didn't care.
