Also the idea would be that it starts out trying to prioritize getting lower class people in to give them more opportunity to rise up the ladder but without completely shutting out the higher classes by giving them other options or something, the applications and tests should remain merit based. Another method is for the schools to give lower class students more access to aid that doesnt fuck them financially later. Im still putting it all together tbh but thats the general idea @methdragon
