And by massive repercussions I mean that the order could get sued and then reach the supreme court and have judicial precedent against it
agreed on executive order being dumb, they should really make actual laws for it

i would argue babies born from birth tourism aren't subject to the jurisdiction of the united states so don't get citizenship
