We don't have
"Whites, Latinos, Blacks, Cherokées, Ubuntu's, Eskimos etc"

We don't care much about race, our way of separating people is by nationality

if your entire nation is the same culture or race or language . and you add more cultures and race that dont accept the Host Culture and reject it you end up with civil strife
