Let's take this a step further. Not only is gender whatever people feel it is, but also WHEN they feel like it. You can essentially get around any gender based regulation in existence.

There is no law or regulation in the US then that you could not get around by claiming you are whatever you say you are. Further, if more than TWO genders are allowed, you couldn't even categorize people.

None of the TSA regulations would make any sense anymore. You have the right to request an agent with your own gender. WHat if you are a dragon kin? Where are the dragon kin TSA agents?

If those scientists were really consistent in what they said, all of that would immediately break down.
