She's downright irritating.
Autist: "There's so many Marine Biologists who've criticised your lobster chapter."
JBP: "No, there's been one. No reasonable scientists can actually try and argue against the fact that Animals arrange themselves into hierarchies. Can you name another one?"
Autist: "PZ Myers"
After a few minutes I wanted to slap her. That feeling never went away for the rest of the interview.
She isn't doing too bad in the Makeup portion of the interview
i just realized something. isn't this red flag law just legal swatting?
and could the person who requested that the gun be confiscate be charged with negligence homicide or something?
Can someone make a parody of "It's hip to be square" and instead call it "It's hip to be gray" ? <:NPC:500042527231967262>
Chris Ray Gun should add the "NPC Song" to his Social Justice: The Musical list.
From the story Tim linked a court has to rule on the gun seizing in a red flag law.
So I don't think you could call it legal swatting.
The way these laws are written they are designed to reward people for giving testimony against law abiding individuals. Some examples have clauses built in that people who give testimonies are immune from perjury
😦
Science going down the shitters
Probably just going to continue to escalate till we start killing each other tbh
```I hate those fucking clap emojis though```
@taekahn
I'm sorry to inform you.
But..
I've seen people fucking **do that..**
It's way worse in person.
🤢
It's SSJ4 Sassy Black Woman.
Meaning, we're in Dragonball GT of this shit.
Abject garbage.
Hiniku, hasn't humanity been doing enough of that so far?
yep
for all the years we have existed
This is funny as hell.
been messing with this today and it's kind of fun http://tantransha.com/vr-vnc-remote-desktop-for-cardboarddevice.aspx
vr though does give me a bit of a headache
What I miss
Yeah, VR is very hard to project in a natural way.
Our eyes do a lot of it for us.
and that is why i say it will never really work
When a room is just slightly projected in a way that is unexpected to our visual cortex, it can cause extreme nausea.
not until we're either creaing holodeck shit, or beaming directly to the brain
But it is only until we move that the effect becomes really apparent.
Well, it does work.
Good VR sets do a great job, but the best VR is usually still CGI.
