I'm not a judge. I'm a doctor. I'm just serving grand jury duty right now, one of my civic obligations as an American.

And if by "one of them" you mean I'll treat rapists and murderers no differently than Mother Teresa when they are my patient, then I'm guilty as charged.

That said, as a juror I'll happily send them to Hell. All depends on what role I am playing at the time.

They are subjected to our laws when they are on our soil.

Doesn't mean they are subject to our constitutional laws though.

You must be a citizen to have those.

Judges adjudicate the law. If the law is lacking, they still must follow it.

Activist Judges apply our constitution to foreign nationalist, even though the constitution is intended for U.S. citizens only.

The damn caravan is trying to sue Trump for violating their constitutional rights when in fact the constitution doesn't apply to them.

My point is that we may have laws requiring the deportation of violent criminals but no law addressing what to do if the country refused to accept thier citizen.

It may be a hole in the law.

But again, I don't know the law in this area. I suspect, though, that a thorough investigation of this event will yield a hole in the law. Seriously, no judge wants to make a ruling that will be overturned up the chain.

There is many activist judges right now...located on the 9th circuit courts of appeals.

Many times they made up laws or made up interruptions without citing anything, only to be shot down by the supreme court.

Again, no judge wants to see thier rulings overturned. We will see what all the circuits do to adjust to changes on the Supreme.
