ah, when you use the word mutilation of course it's not ok. However, "MGM" verses FGM are very different, I don't see circumcision as multination, they aren't cutting out the penis's nerve bundle and it's done in hospitals by doctors (not always of course).

There are nerve ending in the foreskin. It is argued that circumcised men lose some sensation. Not all or even much of course, but some.

I'm against any medically unnecessary change until an age where the person can make appropriate decisions for themselves. That time may vary based on the change in question. An 8yo might be able to consent to ear piercing, for example. A 16yo to a tattoo. An 18yo to genital corrections needed for intersex or due to a long-standing trans diagnosis.
