Im not close minded, but there are several issues with the basic principle behind this new rule.
1. It leaves loopholing whereas the person can harass another person by making use of the system.

2. It invades the freedom of speech that social platforms used to maintain as it isnt hate speech nor calls to violence.

3. There is no moderation or limitations upon who and when this applies to and most people arent even aware of what deadnaming is.
