My juice right now that’s cinnamon funnel cake has both propylene and vegetable. Not buying this juice ever again.
Apparently higher quality juices won’t put in those chemicals and they’re better for you. The cheaper the juice, the more unhealthy it is.
Honestly this man this shit is whack. FDA needs to step their shit up, instead of banning vaping they need to regulate it and not allow harsh chemicals that are PROVEN to cause inflammation in the lungs and give you COPD.
COPD is no fucking joke.
I want to be 70 years old healthy, not barely able to breathe and on a nasal canula.
It least with alcohol you can drink every weekend and still be fine. But vape once every day with these chemicals and you get COPD.

My weight gain was partly due to my ADD medication as a child, when on it, i never ate, i was skinny as fuck until middle school, then i got off of it, and didnt understand the consequences of eating.
My weight gain is from my birth control. But I can’t get off because my periods caused severe abdominal pain, vomiting. There’s a difference in period cramps and not being able to function because the pain was so bad it made me vomit. My only option is to have my uterus removed if I stop my medication, but then that opens an entirely new set of problems which still can be weight gain.
I want to eat more healthy meats and more white fish.
It sucks being born with a medical issue you cant control.

But you can always control how you look with enough willpower.
Honestly with how well I ate and worked out for over a year and lost no weight but became incredibly strong, I don’t think I can control how I look.
Its entirely diet, i thought just cutting regular eating in half would work, no it doesnt, i am now fasting 4 days a week.
Alot of Cultures fast anyways.
I ate healthy and not as much and then worked out every single day, some days even CrossFit. I just got really strong 😭

Hoping when I move to Florida we’ll eat a lot of fish, fresh caught too. It’ll be healthy for all 3 of us

You can obviously work out by yourself, but if it’s heavy weight we’d have to work out together for safety
Yeah, don't have much equipment atm, mostly doing alot of pushups, situps, pullups, things you dont need equipment to do.
Yeah and that’s really good. I prefer free weights. Machines that they have at like golds gym fuck up my rhythm
Probably getting a gym membership soon, i can just walk to it, its so close.

I guess until I get down there that’s not a bad idea. But when I come with my stuff you can cancel it. I have a 45pound Olympic bar and plates to go on it so you wouldn’t need a gym. You can do bench, squats with a bar
