I fast 4 days a week, eat around 1000 calories for 2 days, then on the last day, i usually go downtown with my fiancee and we eat somewhere nice, so i eat a good bit.

You did the Keto thing and that’s unhealthy. You do lose weight but carbs are sugars which help your body
