There's at least two arguments, while yes woman do get benefits not all woman are getting them and hell some are probably ignorant than others. And while yes there's times a victim should have acted. However its not as simple as you may think it could be at times. And if there's evidence I think it should be with the courts but if its way long in time then we can't help that victim now.
