Also like how absolutely idiots think that Nazi Germany banned guns, when actually the Weimar republic banned guns, and Hitler made them legal again, opening up gun clubs, and restoring the ability for civilians to own firearms.

Just how communism and socialism are two different things.

Clobbing them together is simply because you don't have the willpower to differentiate between the two.

I'm not saying that, but people look at things like religion or views on cultural issues on what makes Right vs Left, but many of those things aren't unique to the Right or Left. Both can be based around religion or secular for example.

Where each ideology varies is the amount of Liberty vs Authority
