The Soviet Union was totalitarian, almost all white societies throughout history have been authoritarianism.

I'm not saying that, but people look at things like religion or views on cultural issues on what makes Right vs Left, but many of those things aren't unique to the Right or Left. Both can be based around religion or secular for example.
