No, he will do as instructed by our founding fathers if they attempt to usurp his given rights.
Modern day red-coat's who support the violent removal of our rights, are no longer public servants, and are no longer legitimate figures of the law.
If police wish to keep their oath, and the rights they swore to protect, they would turn their service weapons on the ones who wrote these laws, and instructed them to do this.

If the Oregon standoff was any lesson to learn, the Federal Government does not do compromise or deals.
If he’s going to fight, he may as well start shooting. Longterm, they can deplete him dry of any provision or service as they deem fit.
Unless he has ample supplies, independent power, heating, air conditioning, all that good self reliance stuff, then he can play the waiting game. If not, he’s simply delaying an inevitable outcome.
I love the constitution, bill of rights and share a good portion of the original vision of the founders, of what they dreamed America to be, but here and now; the Federals hold unrivaled monopoly on power.
States have been reduced to that of mere subjected provinces, we can do nothing beyond comply or launch revolution.
