After taking Psychology... humans are complex beings with complex emotions that can't easily be categorized and boxed away. Majority of the time our actions are dictated by selfish motives that we convinced is moral and just. That really doesn't help, that does more harm than good.

So basically taking this lesson learned through studying and understanding, apply it to migrants tells us that most of their reasons are selfish in desire, but very few are legitimate reason to seek asylum. >.>

So in sense... when you perform a disguised moral action while your intentions are selfish, you are basically doing more harm than good for you cause. Making it much worse for those who are striving to make the world a better place.
