That has a simple solution then, Dusty. America just has to annex the world.

2018-12-04 05:15:02 UTC

No... simple solution would to enforce the laws and provide oversight.

2018-12-04 05:15:19 UTC

If that soultion was simple wouldn't we be doing it right now?

2018-12-04 05:15:37 UTC

Oh yeah... when we have the nation actively fighting against oversight and enforcing the laws.

2018-12-04 05:15:41 UTC

Half^

2018-12-04 05:15:52 UTC

Useful idiots and people with agendas.

2018-12-04 05:16:45 UTC

Clearly those people are Enemy Combatants in the War on Terror and must be dealt with by projectile devices.

2018-12-04 05:17:34 UTC

@Aghost Dusty is incorrect. non-citizen is a very broad category including green cards, people on vias, permanent residents and undocumented persons.

2018-12-04 05:17:57 UTC

People are considered non-citizens.

2018-12-04 05:18:17 UTC

hmm i see

2018-12-04 05:18:32 UTC

undocumented persons would largely be illegals right?

2018-12-04 05:18:46 UTC

yes.

2018-12-04 05:18:57 UTC

Illegal, bordercrossing, nasty ass motherfucking parasite type of people

2018-12-04 05:19:03 UTC

Then I am not wrong. >.>

2018-12-04 05:19:11 UTC

I forgot about the other three.

2018-12-04 05:19:12 UTC

Let's not go that far. @Aghost

2018-12-04 05:19:23 UTC

oh ok

2018-12-04 05:19:46 UTC

The charts make it pretty clear they're looking at very broad categories @Dusty Morgan

2018-12-04 05:20:09 UTC

Still these are people who are not citizens and shouldn't be able to withdraw from it.

2018-12-04 05:20:12 UTC

Yet they are...

2018-12-04 05:20:18 UTC

There also looks to be a distinction between border states (CA, TX) and interior states (NY, FL).

2018-12-04 05:20:18 UTC

No oversight or laws being enforced.

2018-12-04 05:20:31 UTC

annyway, seems like these "non-citizzens" are a drain on the tax system, and need to get a job and/or get out of the country asap

2018-12-04 05:20:43 UTC

I'm pretty sure permanent residents are very close to citizens for benefits, taxes and the like.

2018-12-04 05:20:51 UTC

They get jobs... but they don't pay taxes because they are non-citizens.

2018-12-04 05:20:57 UTC

Only tax they pay is sales tax and that is it.

2018-12-04 05:21:05 UTC

That isn't enough to cover the drain they put on the system.

2018-12-04 05:21:07 UTC

They don't have the franchise, but they do pay taxes, including income taxes and state taxes.

2018-12-04 05:21:21 UTC

These are documented persons.

2018-12-04 05:21:32 UTC

Well if they are permanent, they should be allowed to draw.

2018-12-04 05:21:52 UTC

oh yeah, it also included people with visas, thats right...

2018-12-04 05:21:58 UTC

They are documented, they are permanent and pay taxes, I am okay with them drawing.

2018-12-04 05:22:03 UTC

Mostly all the article really says is that the usual argument "immigrants pay more into the welfare system than they take" is basically wrong.

2018-12-04 05:22:21 UTC

They contribute to the system.

2018-12-04 05:22:24 UTC

Same here. Permanent residents are very close to full citizens legally.

2018-12-04 05:22:47 UTC

I know a couple who've been in the country for decades and are just waiting on the clock for full citizenship.

2018-12-04 05:23:02 UTC

Paying taxes and everything else.

2018-12-04 05:23:11 UTC

Then those people should be given the option.

2018-12-04 05:23:14 UTC

They are going through legal means.

2018-12-04 05:23:16 UTC

I am okay with that

2018-12-04 05:23:23 UTC

how did they enter tho?
