I’m a certified trainer and ketos great for people with the right mentality but I think it becomes a crutch for many because they don’t follow it to the T for the reason of reaching ketosis which is the whole goal and reason it works as a diet in the first place but people follow like the basic parameters and think because they’re buying keto friendly food etc etc that they’re doing enough the hard part is doing it with achieving function in mind rather than following steps
Small tangent aside that feeling is essentially the transition period into ketosis that says you did something right but it’s also where a lot of people back off and mess it all up
