They're always doing something, i was just saying generally, they rustle my jimmies
@Stefan Payne nothing new, was discussing how an exec at ABC cancelled police squad for having too many jokes. and how execs in media companies just know nothing about their customers.
or constantly think they are stupid.
yes! support MY patreo.... Gofundme? 😛
Oh, seems like its on Dailymotion
This reminds me of a meme
One of my very favorites
n word is a bad fucking meme
its not hard
just say nigger or dont
you're missing the point
it's not about the word. it's making fun of the massive overreaction to the word.
fuckin
those people who freak out and scream for people to get fired/deplatformed/exiled when someone says 'nigger'? that's what the meme is making fun of.
I remember getting banned from my local fighting game locals for having "Kill Niggers" as my steam profile name for a day a few months before I joined
DON'T DO IT YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU'RE MESSING WITH!!!
/explodes
they didnt even ask for context or an explanation
Look at Papa John. Basically got fired and ruined as a businessman for saying "Don't say nigger".
and its not like theyd never met me
i went to a weekly, everyone was nice, had fun
but nope
previous steam name bad
so the 95% white group banned me for saying nigger
RIP Nate Higgers
I go into every discord server I join and say "niggers"
its the test
are they worth being a part of or not
if they give me flak im out
if not its cool
context is irrelevant as always
It's possible that one day it might not be up to the server's owner. Discord needs to make money at some point. At some point they are going to need to process payments; money has to come in somehow. At that point they may be subject to leverage.
What if their payment processor says "You have to remove hate speech or we won't work with you".
Google 'discord alt-right' and you can see the ground has already been laid.
Yeah I have seen these articles
Discord has taken action on alt right servers after Charlottesville
They don't have to so far. They still have investor money. No credible attempt at a sustainable business model so far.
